最好空腹服用，如果空腹服用，2小时后刺激都没效果的话，说明买到假药了。双效片我个人用过效果最好的就是超级希爱力跟巅峰蓝P，延时我吃下去后都是2-3小时才起作用，助勃一般1小时后就起效了
