感谢楼主分享，补充一下，我是直接吃葡萄糖酸锌片，小白瓶OTC，不是保健品，感觉确实有效果，精力恢复比较好，而且白天吃了晚上容易有反应，不过要注意的是饭后吃，而且要按照上边的要求吃，有一次饭前吃还吃多了好像锌中毒了，腹泻而且嗜睡，喝了大量水排出来第二天好了，最后祝大家身体健康，精力旺盛
