我记得看过一个医学科普，和你描述的情况有相似之处，就这种强行把高潮憋回去的情况，男的前面的哥们都说了，是对前列腺危害较大，女的不太一样，对身体危害不会很明显，但是对心理会有影响，长期如此会导致以后越来越难以高潮，最后最严重甚至会诱发性冷淡，对性彻底失去兴趣
