uc手机浏览器下载不了种子了

51过后uc手机浏览器下载不了种子了，一直提示下载失败，是系统问题还是什么，谷歌浏览器又打不开网站，有没有好的浏览器推荐一下？

我是手机用UC浏览器不能打开网站，提示非法链接。然后用的手机自带浏览器可以打开，但是也不能下载种子????
